II. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT

A. Rationale
The main purpose of the activity is to create good rapport and camaraderie among
students from G7 up to Grade 10.

B. Goals and Objectives


The goal of the Acquaintance activity is typically to develop good rapport and
camaraderie among students of different level and also to generate funds needed in the conduct of
programs and activities of Supreme Student Government.

C. Expected Output

1. Peaceful and meaning conduct of the Mid- Year Students party


2. Generate Funds needed for SSG programs and projects.

D. Proceeds of the Income

 50 % of the Total Net Income will be utilized for financial support to students who
will attend training, contest and seminar.
 50% of the total Net Income will be utilized for the conduct of programs and projects
of the Supreme Student Government which includes the following;
1. Drug Awareness
2. Anti- Smoking Campaign
3. Friendship Building Activity
4. Ate at kuya Program (Peer Remedial Activity)
5. Eco- Competition Activity
E. List person and organization with corresponding committee

The Supreme Student Government council will hold an MID-YEAR STUDENTS PARTY on
November 25, 2019 starting from 6 o’clock onwards. This activity aims to develop camaraderie
among students from Junior High School up to Senior High School, at the same time to raise
funds necessary for the utilization of programs and projects of SSG for School Year 2019- 2020.
We will be coordinating this event to the school administration, Council Parent-Teachers
Association and Baranggay Captains to ensure the safety of all attendees.
