SUMMARY
Hyten Corporation is trying to implement the formal project management but based on
their history they’ve been practicing the informal system project management for a long time. This
informal system revolves around each of their departments. Each department handle their own
functional area of a given product development or project. But one day Willbur Donley suggested
the formal project management to the Corporation. He suggest that formal type of project
management will help the department to stay on schedule and get better cooperation. There are
many problems that has to address before implementing it. Like, whether they are going to hire
from inside or outside; they will have to implement a whole new concept which will be cost man

can bring different areas of the company together and also it will create an overall work structure
