Project that has done:
We have team members who are expert in programming automation system with 10 years
experiences. The automation industry, oil and gas, energy, water treatment, and any other

Project: Ferrite Coil Tester and Assembly Machine

Description: Ferrite Coil Tester and Assembly Machine merupakan sebuah mesin yang
digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian dan pemasangan ferrite pada produk sensor induktif PT.
Schneider Electric Batam. Mesin melakukan pengujian dan pengetesan terhadap produk secara
otomatis dengan total cycle time 6 seconds. Mesin dirancang menggunakan kontroler PLC yang
terintegrasi dengan computer dan HMI sebagai antarmuka antara operator mesin dan mesin
produksi.
Project : Hydraulic Controller
Deskripsi : Hydraulic Controller merupakan sebuah pengendali gerakan actuator hydraulic yang
digunakan pada alat berat. Kontroler ini merupakan kontroler pengganti dari system yang lama
yang masih menggunakan kontroler rangkaian relay konvensional. Sistem kontroler pengganti
didesain menggunakan PLC sehingga memudahkan untuk melakukan maintenance terhadap
hardware dan software.
Project: Oxygen Analyzer
Deskripsi: Oxygen Analyzer merupakan prototipe alat akuisisi data pada tangki kapal yang
berfungsi untuk mengetahui kadar oxygen yang ada di dalam tangki tersebut. Alat ini merupakan
pengganti dari system yang telah ada sebelumnya dengan penyempurnaan pada system
komunikasi data dan budget yang lebih rendah.
Project: Resistance Tester
Deskripsi : Resistance tester merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk melakukan ujicoba
terhadap nilai hambatan dari sebuah produk NTC dan PTC pada PT. EPCOS INDONESIA.
Mesin tester dirancang menggunakan PC Based controller berbasis software LabVIEW untuk
melakukan akuisisi data dan pengujian.
Project: AMTEK Auto Assembly Machine
Deskripsi: AMTEK Auto Assembly Machine merupakan mesin yang berfungsi untuk melakukan
perakitan terhadap produk sikat gigi elektrik. Mesin ini dirancang dapat beroperasi secara
parallel sehingga cycle time dari mesin meningkat dengan menggunakan jumlah operator
produksi yang sama. Mesin ini dirancang menggunakan kontroler PLC untuk mengatur sekuen
pergerakan dari actuator mesin.
Project: Tower Lamp Tester
Deskripsi : Tower Lamp Tester merupakan mesin yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengujian
produk tower lamp yang diproduksi oleh PT. Schneider Electric. Mesin ini dirancang untuk
melakukan beberapa pengujian sekaligus. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian warna,
tegangan, arus, suara, dan intensitas cahaya. Mesin dirancang menggunakan kontroler Industrial
PC yang terintegrasi dengan PLC. Platform software yang digunakan untuk merancang mesin
tersebut adalah LabVIEW
Project: DC Motor Punch Machine
Deskripsi : DC Motor Punch Machine merupakan mesin yang berfungsi untuk melakukan
assembly produk kontaktor buatan PT. Schneider Electric. Mesin ini dirancang dengan aktuator
pneumatic dengan tekanan tinggi karena dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pemasangan produk yang
cukup besar. Untuk menjamin keselamatan operator, mesin dilengkapi dengan safety sensor dan
double mushroom push button.
Project: KIWI Auto Labeling and Pasting
Deskripsi : KIWI Auto Labelling and Pasting merupakan mesin yang berfungsi untuk
memberikan label sticker pada sebuah produk yang telah lolos uji. Proses labelling dan
penempelan label dilakukan secara otomatis menggunakan printer label khusus yang terintegrasi
dengan PC dan PLC. Mesin ini mampu melakukan labelling terhadap produk dengan cycle time
3 seconds dengan menggunakan satu orang operator produksi.
