    This document provides solutions to the error "ERIDSA -3 error in input data ADDITIVE MESSAGE : POPTL(4)" that appears in the Landing module dispatch mode. The error is caused by missing information in the cross-check option in PAAdmin, which is activated by default. There are two solutions: 1) Open PAAdmin, select an aircraft, define runway conditions, and complete the in-flight performance check fields. This must be done for all aircraft variants. 2) In PAAdmin preferences, disable the in-flight landing distance considered at dispatch option.

    DESCRIPTION / QUESTION
    In the Landing module, dispatch mode, the following error appears:

    SOLUTION / ANSWER
    This error is due to missing information in PAAdmin.
    This cross-check option is activated by default when creating a new minimal
    database. According to this, if you don’t complete the cross-check information, the
    system will not be able to perform some calculation.

    To solve it, there are 2 solutions.

    Solution 1:

    If you want to use the cross-check:


    - Open PAAdmin,
    - Click on Aircraft,

    - Click on Aircraft,
    - Select an A/C type, a Model, Characteristics,
    - Click on “DEFINE LD RUNWAY CONDITIONS”,
    - In the new window click on “In-Flight Performance Check”

    - You can click on “default” or complete manually the different fields


    according to PPM, 10-PERF_APPLI_ADMIN / LANDING – AIRCRAFT
    MANAGEMENT / 1. LANDING RUNWAY CONDITIONS / 1.3 In Flight
    Performance Check

    This modification must be applied for all A/C variant.

    Solution 2:

    If you don’t want to use the cross-check:


    - In PAAdmin, click on “PREFERENCES”,
    - In the landing tab, disable the “IN-FLIGHT LDG DISTANCE
    CONSIDERED AT DISPATCH”
    - Save & close
