    MINUTES OF LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC) SESSION

    SEPTEMBER 7-8, 2020

    September 07, 2020 -LAC SESSION (First Day)


    Monday

    Guinsay Elementary School Teaching Staff was divided into three (3) groups and we were the
    LAC group 1. It was composed of Kindergarten Teachers, Grade 1 and Grade 2.
    The meeting started at exactly 8:30 in the morning with an opening prayer followed by the
    Philippine National Anthem through video presentation. Afterwards checking of attendance
    by respective grade leaders. Up next was the presentation of facilitators with their assigned
    topics.
    These were; Lesson 1: Mrs. Angeli C. Clavero – Understanding the Different LDMs
    Lesson 2: Ms. Maria Eve N. Tumamac - Designing Lessons and Assessment in the different
    LDMs
    Lesson 3: -Mrs. Imelda P. Conde - Guiding and Monitoring Learners in the different LDMs
    Before the session proper the house rules and the matrix was presented by Mrs. Marbi Laum.
    After which was the session proper which was all about the Designing Lessons and
    Assessment in the different Learning Delivery Modes by Ms. Maria Eve Tumamac. She
    emphasizes the importance in designing a lesson and how it could help us to accomplished
    the different tasks and competencies.

    Next facilitator was Mrs. Imelda P. Conde. She stressed out the inclusions of Weekly Home
    Learning Plan on what to do and also the Individual Monitoring Plan.

    Lastly, was the Different Learning Delivery Modes by Mrs. Angeli C. Clavero. According to
    Mrs. Angie this LDMs we can thoroughly understand the different LDMs that we are going to
    use in this new normal class.
    After which was the submission of outputs.

    The first session was ended smoothly and full of insights and learnings of the different topics
    delivered by the knowledgeable facilitators with the short poem made by Mrs. Angeli C.
    Clavero entitled “Ang Mga Maestra sa Guinsay Elementary School” at 4:45 in the afternoon.
    September 08, 2020 (Second Day)
    Tuesday
    It was formally started by a short prayer and the Nationalistic Song through video
    presentation.
    The group was reminded again for the house rules and presented the facilitators and their
    assigned topics, followed by the matrix on that day.
    The first facilitator was Mrs. Mary Ann Alerta, she talked regarding ACCESSING LEARNING
    RESOURCES FROM DepEd PORTALS
    Secondly, Mrs.Glanie Gaye Cana discussed about ASSESSING THE LR MATERIALS. She taught
    us on how to access the LR Portal and the difference DEPED Commons and other resources
    which could be used as supplementary materials.
    Lastly was Mrs. Angeli C. Clavero , she elaborated the LEARNING RESOURCE MAPS FOR
    DISTANCE LEARNING which identifies the resources needed or suited to all the learners.
    Afterwards the submission of outputs.
    The session was ended by a short prayer by Mrs. Analie P. Entero at exactly 4:00 in the
    afternoon.
