Destination Eco - Resort and spa - Reviving History
Introduction

Ecotourism is an insightful, mindful and participatory travel experience to natural and

cultural and social environments, assisting the well- being of the local cultures and
environments for future generations
A resort is a place used for relaxation or recreation, attracting visitors for tourism. It is used
for self-contained commercial establishment which attempts to provide for most of a vacationer’s wants ie,
food, drinks, lodging, sports, entertainment, shopping and other services.
A destination resort is a resort that itself contains the necessary guest attraction capabilities
so it does not need to be near a destination (town, historic site, theme park, or other) to
attract its patrons.
