these tips can help.
a)Hug a heating pad or soak in a warm bath.
b)Try cold packs.
c) Wear a firm bra that fits correctly when the breasts
are swollen.
d)Tell their mother or other elder women if their breasts
still hurt.

Menstrual Hygiene
Proper hygiene is very important during menstrual
period. It is important to keep the body clean during the
period to avoid any offensive odor. To prevent this, one
should take a bath daily. If this is not possible, wash the
genitals frequently with soap or feminine wash and
change the pads every three or four hours to prevent
unpleasant odor, stains on the clothes, and possible
vaginal infection. Used napkins should be wrapped
carefully before throwing it in the garbage can. Do not
flush pads down the toilet. They will clog it. Wrap them in
toilet paper and put them in the trash can.

CIRCUMCISION
Some men have a foreskin that covers the head of
the penis. Many of them have had this skin removed
through a procedure called circumcision. According to
medical experts, boys are to be circumcised when they
reach the age of 12-14, however, some parents have their
sons circumcised after birth. Circumcision does not affect
the function of the penis at all, only its appearance.
Proper Care after Circumcision
After circumcision, proper care is necessary to hasten
the healing of the wound and to avoid infection. The
following health habits should be observed.
1. Boys should avoid vigorous exercises until the wound
heals.
2. If bleeding occurs during the first 24 hours after
surgery, use a clean cloth to apply pressure on the
wound for 10 minutes.
