The display of the laptop is blue screen after it was turned on. He can’t do anything, so he try ro calling IT help desk. ~ No, I never call IT help desk when I have problem with my devices. Honestly, I don’t know how to do it. ~ So I have no experience about calling IT help desk. 2. Fortunately, I’m a TKJ graduate, so I have rarely problem with my computer. In the school, I have learn many things about computer. But sometimes I still got a problem. And when I got it, I asked my brother who works in a computer services, so the problem always done. 3.
