OBJECTIVE Working as an Equity Program Specialist for Equity Alliance Minnesota, I work with
school districts through collaborative learning and advocacy to support systemic equity
and integration through careful and intentional use of transformational and proven
methods and practices. We excel in providing professional development, facilitation,
equity audits, equity action planning, and equity programming with and for students and

and qualitative feedback to inform districts of their educational equity gaps that currently
exist within their system.

Equity Action Plan: systematic development and implementation to support the equity
audit results and the next steps to create an action plan.

Community Conversations: support and facilitation of community conversations to


gather input of the community members.

Professional Development: creation and facilitation of professional development to


support learning and growth of leadership and staff through both in-person and virtual

PAST EXPERIENCE ISD 199 AVID DISTRICT DIRECTOR INVER GROVE HEIGHTS- MN
JULY 2019 TO JULY 2020
Supported one middle school and one high school with the implementation of AVID.
Supported hiring, training, and retention of tutors as well as coaching of AVID elective
teachers and coordinators to create a rigorous classroom environment. Supported
building leaders and district administration to develop obtainable long-term district wide
goals to support the sustainability of AVID.

MAY 2017 TO CURRENT
Developed site team plans and structured WICOR activities for our building to develop
goals and understand the AVID certification process. Created the need to move our
building vertically and horizontally with the addition of sections. I also provided
professional development and coaching for all our staff and administrators throughout the
year.
