Foods for Physical Regeneration and Ascension


Eat a predominantly plant based, vegan diet – 80%
With Earth’s shift to a faster pulsating fifth dimensional vibration, karmic energy distortion locked into
the cells is being released. It is part of our physical ascension process, but karmic energy release
makes the body acidic and acidity in the body causes stiffness, aches and pains and patterns of dis-
ease to take hold. In addition, since we are physical beings living on Earth and calibrated to Earth
frequency, foods that are grown in the Earth nourish us best, providing that there are nutrients in the
soil in which fruits and vegetables are grown. Ensure that produce is well washed and pesticide free.

General Guidelines – As received from Spirit


Eat green, leafy, sun ripened vegetables – raw – organic if possible
Eat a range of other green, white, yellow, orange, red, purple vegetables – raw and steamed
Eat a range of fruits – organic and raw
Eat nuts and seeds
Silica – drink oat straw, or horse tail tea
Add liquid chlorella to four 16 oz glasses of pure water daily
Use lemons in salad dressing and drink lemon water
Eat a handful of parsley daily
Eat full spectrum, plant based amino acids – protein
Drink nettle tea – add to oat straw or horse tail tea
Eat a range of red berries, fresh and in powder form
Eat 1 tsp of high UMF honey daily
Eat 1 -2 tbsp of spirulina and chlorella daily
Take a minimum of 2,000 mg of Vit C daily – Ester C, or Lypo-spheric Vit C
Delete wheat and gluten – go light on grains
Delete sugar, except fruit sugar – use stevia
Make super food smoothies and drink daily – focused nutrient cocktails
Coffee okay – maximum two cups – organic is best
