Main Agenda
I. Discipline of Students During School Activities

 The advisers/ subject teachers should take charge in monitoring students’ behavior
during class activities.
II. Values Formation
 There will be a mass on October 04, 2018.
III. Waste Segregation
 Through the initiative of Sir Rodel R. Laxamana, waste segregation in GNHS will be
monitored.
IV. Energy Saving Methods
 Practice energy-saving methods in the school.
 Reminds the students about these energy saving methods.
V. Wearing School Uniform
 Remind the students to always wear proper uniform in the school premises.
VI. Maintenance of School Properties
 Remind the students not to cause any act that could damage/ destroy school property.
 Repairing of arm chairs will start on Tuesday after the last period.
VII. Unannounced Checking of Students’ Bags
 During the General PTA Meeting, the parents will be informed about the random
checking of students’ bags.
VIII. Learning Action Cell
 Document properly.
IX. Periodic Test
 The Periodic Test will be on October 18-19, 2018.
X. IPCRF/ OPCRF
 One of the MOV’s is classroom observation.

XI. Teacher Induction Program

 Sir Christian, Ma’am Rose and Ma’am Jane will attend the TIP.
XII. Form 6
 Four copies must be submitted when filing Form 6.
XIII. Punctuality and Maximization of Class Hours
 Teachers are reminded to come to class on time and not to dismiss the class too early.
 Five minutes of time allowance must be considered.
XIV. Grades of Athletes/ Students who Represent the School
 There is a Regional Memorandum for that.
XV. Teacher’s Day Celebration
 The Teacher’s Day Celebration will be on October 05, 2018, 01:30pm
 Teachers are requested to wear their best.
XVI. Science 10
 Learning materials applicable in the school home and community
Agreement
