     Feedback on the auditing on TVL equipment as per Auditing Observation
    Memorandum
     MANCOM Feedback held in Florida Blanca
    - Quality of education focus
    o Access
    o Quality
    o Governance
     Include folktale/Kapampangan culture on classroom activities
     Report to engineer those teachers without faculty room.
     Ma’am Ashlyn – audio-visual presentation of activities and programs 2017-present
     List of names of those students who are no longer at school.
    - Attended grade 7 but no longer at school.
    - Up to Grade 12 last year who no longer attended college.
    - List down their name and reason
     No trainings on Saturdays and Sundays
     Monitoring of SBM – SBM is a way of life.
    - Actual MOV’s seen in every aspect of the school
    - August 15, 2019 start of the validation
    - SY2015-2016 Level 2
    - SY2017-2018/2018-2019 Level 3
    - Before the end of December 2019 – schedule of validation for SMNHS
     DepEd Order 16 s.2017 – SDS and Regional Director rotational august 29.
