FIESTA SCRIPT
P & M: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.

P: Fiesta is a time when residents of a certain locality are rejoicing for their big day has finally arrived.
M: It is so impressive to think that eventhough we were hit by catastrophes, we still managed to be here
as one family united by strong faith and much love.
P: As we celebrate the 2nd day of this religious festival, let us continue to give thanks, respect, and glory
to our patron Senor Sto. Nino who is at the core of this joyous occasion.
M: Friends, welcome to Barangay Luy-a Patronal Fiesta 2020 Lady Beauties Coronation Night.
P: With the theme, "Katatagan sa Kalamidad ay makakamtan kapag sapat ang Kaalaman at Kahandaan".
M: Without any further ado, let's begin the celebration with a blast.
P & M: Spectators, behold the entrance of colors.
P: Marching towards the venue are the pride of Luy-a. They are the Luy-a National High School CAT
Officers.
M: At this point, let us witness the lady beauties as they gracefully walk towards their throne.
P: With so much glee, let us put our hands together for the entrance of the stunning 2019 Lady Queen,
Ms. Mary Joyce Ramos Manlapas. __________
M: And now, let us divert our eyes to the gate and be dazzled by the magnetic charm and loveliness of
our 2020 Royalties.
P: Her Highness 2nd Lady Princess, we have the charming, Ms. Lea Mae Maglente Cervantes, together
with her dazzling consort. __________
M: Her Highness 1st Lady Princess, we have the fabulous, Ms. Regine Rala Talay, along with her good-
looking escort. __________
P: Her Majesty Lady Queen 2020, we have the glamorous, Ms. French Erica Cabarles Manlapas with her
Prince Charming. __________
M: At this juncture, may I request everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute, honor, and glory to our
Almighty God through doxology to be performed by selected Senior High School students.
P: Please remain standing as we pay tribute to our National Flag through the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem to be played by the operator of the Sound System.
M: Honored guests, barangay officials, family and friends, I am Marah Cedillo.
P: And I am Paul Romano Royo.
P & M: And we are your emcees for tonight's affair.
P: First and foremost, thank you to the members of the working commitee who spent many long hours
planning this day and to the many others that have helped to organize and plan this very important
event. Your collaborative effort are very much appreciated.
M: To formally welcome us all, may we call on our very own Barangay Kagawad Noly C. Botero for his
words of welcome.
P: Up next is the Sash Pinning Ceremony. To pin the sash to our Her Highness 2nd Lady Princess, may I
request the following persons to please come onto stage. Mr. Policarpo C. Rapsing, Jr. etc.....
M: To pin the sash to our Her Highness 1st Lady Princess, may we call on Hon. Jastein Rey V. Gacuma,
etc.....
P: At this point, may we have on the stage Hon. Susan D. Valera, etc.....to pin the sash to our Her
Majesty Lady Queen.
M: To express the love for Philippine culture through folkdance, here are the vigorous selected Grade 11
students.
P: This time, let us hear a message to be given to us by the dynamic Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Valentin
C. Alonzo.
M: Goodbye isn't always gloomy. Turning over the cape and scepter doesn't mean that you are no
longer a queen. Always remember that a true queen is the one who ignites and inspires with a good
heart.
P: At this moment, let us be delighted by the farewell walk and turning over of cape and scepter of the
2019 Lady Queen, Ms. Mary Joyce Manlapas to the 2020 Lady Queen, Ms. French Erica Manlapas.
M: To showcase the spectacular movements through one of a kind dancesports, let us give the floor to
the astonishing dancers of Luy-a National High School.
P: Today's affair is being graced by a special man who will in a minute deliver his speech to all. To get to
know more of him, may we call on our very own colleague, Teacher Jezil M. Bertuldo to do the honor in
introducing our Guest Speaker.
M: And now, let us be enlightened by the speech of the Guest Speaker, Mr. Ronnie B. Atacador.
P: May we have on the stage our barangay captain, Hon. Calvin M. Bulalacao, ________ to award the
Certificate/Plaque of Appreciation to our Guest Speaker.
M: Up next is the main highlight of this event,

P & M: The Crowning Ceremony.
M: To put the crown to our Her Highness 2nd Lady Princess, may I request the following persons to
please come onto stage. Hon. Arturo R. Virtucio II etc.....
M: To put the crown to our Her Highness 1st Lady Princess, may we call on Hon. Archimedes R. Suguitao,
etc.....
P: At this point, may we have on the stage our Municipal Mayor Arturo B. Virtucio, etc.....to put the
crown to our Her Majesty Lady Queen.
M: It's a wonderful feeling when we are being surprised by somebody. To show their fantastic skills in
dancing, here are the Luy-a National High School Faculty, together with the DEBESMSCAT Practice
Teachers for their dance presentation.
P: For the significant part of this event, may we call on Hon. Arturo B. Virtucio, our Municipal Mayor for
the proclamation of the lady beauties and message.
M: Now, let us show our sweetness and generosity by offering flowers and awarding of souvenirs to be
done by their relatives and trophy donors.
P: Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind this celebration is worth appreciating. At this
juncture, may we call on Hon. Calvin M. Bulalacao, our very own Barangay captain to give the
acknowledgment.
M: Now, let us be mesmerized as the reigning lady beauties with their escorts begin to have their royal
promenade and dance.
P: Once again, let us take a final look to our reigning beauties as they take their grand exit.
M: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await our lady
beauties that will further test their mettle as role models of good deeds.
P: As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in their life with fondness and
pride.
