1. Who is your favorite athlete? Give five reasons why.

LeBron James is one of my favorite athlete. His quotes really inspire me. He is also one
of the most popular players in the NBA. He has accomplished everything you could
possibly accomplish as a professional athlete. Also, he inspires me his quote
“You never know who you can inspire along your path”

2. What is your favorite sport? Give five reasons why.

Volleyball is my favorite sport. Since I was 13 a lot of my friends and family suggested
me to play volleyball because of my height. I find it fun, playing volleyball. I joined
volleyball team on my former schools. I love playing volleyball at the beach. It is also an
extremely intimate sport.

3. Why is physical education class so important? Give five reasons why.

It can enhance individual’s ability to concentrate and maintain focus. They say is can
also prevents sleep deprivation. It helps us, students, to stay physically active and
improve focus and academic performance. It develops student competence and
confidence.

4. What are your 3 favorite activities in PE class and why?

The 3 exercise, the Inclined push-ups, Jumping Jack and Donkey kick left and right.
That is the only exercises I can do. It is hard for me to do some upper body exercise. I
often do those 3 exercises when the quarantine started. It also makes me physically fit
and active
5. What are five lifestyle changes you can make to become healthier?
 Drinking a lot of water
 Healthy diet
 Exercising regularly
 Adding fiber to my usual foods
 Get 7-9 hours of sleep every single night

6. Why is Physical activity important for students?

7. Due to growing number of overweight people in today’s society putting a strain


on the health care system, some people think that the best way to deal with this
problem is offer more physical education lessons in the school curriculum. To
what extent do you agree or disagree?

I agree. However, adding physical educational lessons might help but still, it is their
decision to listen and follow the lesson. There are a lot of overweight people but they
don’t care about the physical educational lessons.

8. What e-learning application or other teaching-learning modalities could you


suggest to be used among Physical Education Teachers during this time?

Using of some strategic teaching techniques to keep their students active, for example
using a short video about the topic and show to the class, then after that, open a
discussion about the video and ask the students to know if they are still listening.

9. Should students with disabilities be included in regular physical education


classes or removed and given their own physical educational class?

Yes, they should do the physical activities that is compatible for them. That will be unfair
if the will do some activities that that is not applicable to them due to their disabilities.
10. Do you know what the recommendation is for physical activity and sedentary
behavior to health?

The most sedentary required even higher amounts of physical activity to achieve the
same level of absolute mortality risk as people who are less sedentary. It is clear
that moderate-to-vigorous physical activity should be part of everyone’s daily routine,
especially for those who sit for large portions of the day.
