A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members of the Corporation together with
all relevant documentation, copies of which are attached as Exhibit "A" to this my declaration,
were sent by email on the 8th day of February, 2021 and mailed to Resident member addressed to
each such member at his, her or their suite, or the address as shown on the record of owners of
the Corporation, and to the Auditors of the Corporation and such of the mortgages that have
given notice to the Corporation as required by Subsection 47(1) of the Condominium Act, 1998,
S.0. 1998, C.19 as amended.
AND, I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is
of the same force and effect as if made under oath, and by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act.
