    Upgrade Instructions

    When you are ready to upgrade:

    1. Use the write memory all-partitions command to save your current running-config to the startup-
    config.

    ACOS-2-7-x(config)# write memory all-partitions

    Building configuration...

    Write configuration to primary default startup-config

    [OK]

    2. Backup and Tech Support files.

    backup system ftp://gamma@192.168.0.10/vThunder03.backup.18FEB2021.tgz

    show techsupport export use-mgmt-port

    3. Recolectar información.

    show bootimage

    show interface brief

    show mac-address-table

    show ip route

    show arp

    3. (Opcional) Verificar conectividad con algún servidor.

    4. Upgrade your ACOS release 2.7.2-Px or 2.8.2-Px software to release 4.x using the upgrade command
    and the image file name from Upgrade Image File Names. For example,

    ACOS-2-7-x(config)# upgrade hd pri ftp://192.168.1.10/images/ACOS_non_FTA_4_1_4-GR1-

    5. Near the end of the upgrade procedure, you will be prompted to reboot your ACOS device. You can
    answer yes to reboot, or no if you want to reboot manually.

    You must reboot the device to bring up the ACOS 4.x software and complete the upgrade procedure.

    Upgrade to ACOS 4.x is complete once the device is rebooted.

    To verify, you can use the show startup-config all command
