    The following jobs will be carryout during upcoming shutdown for Kiln Area at Line-1.

    ROTARY KILN
    I.D. Fan:
    01. Adjustment of inlet flap valves. Completed
    02. Inspection of impeller and shaft sealing. Completed
    03. Inspection of both DE & NDE bearings and replacement of Completed
    bearings oil after complete cleaning of housings
    04. Retightening of motor and impeller base foundation bolts and Completed
    grouting works (if required)
    Preheater (313):
    05. Inspection of flap valves of C6,C5,C4, C3, C2,C1 and re-greasing of Completed
    bearings
    06. Inspection of all expansion joints (smoke chamber to I.D. fan) Completed
    07. Inspection of dip tubes for all the cyclones Completed
    08. Bracing works at the smoke chamber roof and repair works for Completed
    the same for refractory works
    Bucket elevator (311 BE- 45):
    09. Inspection of buckets, belt, joint condition Completed

    Cooler Bag House:


    055. Inspection of chains, lock pins and drive systems of the drag Completed

    057. Inspection of bags & cages, purging pipes and replacement (if Completed
    required)
    058. Inspection of cooler heat exchanger, venturi pipes and repair Completed

    059. Inspection of bag house inlet gas system and outlet system Completed
    060. Inspection of cooler bag house fan and replacement of bearings Completed
    oil
    061. Inspection of stack with production
    Aumund conveyor (319pa01 & 03):
    062. Inspection of buckets, chain, rollers & sprockets Completed
    063. Retightening of bolts for rail jointing, buckets and rollers for the Completed
    conveyors
