Deliverable is the process of management that described the project that must be complete
and that must be quantifiable products. A major deliverable is a tangible item such as a package
going to the production servers, training sessions, user manual produce by team in management.
Explanation:
This term is used to describe the project in a chart the probability of the project is goals
increase as you complete the deliverables as per schedule. Therefore, this is a key project in
management success. That is why the project manager gave it high priority to keep it successful.
A key deliverable is anything that is provide a or produce because of process. The main goal of
deliverables is the intangible asset and tangible asset, or other key deliverables is set in the
timeline along the way. Some example of deliverables is such as statement pf work, project
governance plan, project scope statement, work breakdown structure. The two types of

The company which I take is a manufacturing company of Oman with the name of Raysut
cement company which is one of the largest companies in the field of production of cement. In
which I described every possible point which relates to this company. this company is now
spread itself in the world as one of the best company due to its high-quality products.

Location: this company is found in 1981 and company is in Salalah, Oman Raysut industrial
area and is part of cements manufacturing industries.
Personnel: This company has 574 employees at this location. They have a well-qualified and
experienced staff. Their management team is one of the thigh skilled team.
Turnover: it creates 183.93millions in the sales. The turnover in 2018 has been reduced due to
heavy rain and strong wind which close the company for ten days.
Mission statements: the mission of this company is to create long term value and provide a
long a solution to all our partners and clints through a well-established products and conversion
of natural resources into a high-quality product. We valued to environmental safety, a
performance-oriented approach, honesty, commitment, and the challenges. Our mission is gain

Oman largest manufacturing company has announced that it has close it deals with
Lafarge Holcim acquiring 75% of the manufacturing company in the Thilafushi island in
Maldives that a new joint venture has been formed. This new corridor now opens the way of
trading between Oman and Maldives, it will expand the 25% of the cements manufacturing has
to plane to expand the terminals 75 thousand tons with exceed of than 100% by more than
200000 tons in future. This Maldives acquisition will boost the sales and profits of Raysut
cement company to its full capacity.
Main products:
The main products of Raysut cements company are Ordinary Portland Cements, Sulfate
Resistance Cements, Oil Well Cements Glass, GROUND GRANULATED Blast Furnace Slag,
Raysut Pozzolana Well Cements.

This company was found in 1981 and it start its productions in 1984. In term of
achievement, it gets the environment award for the best Omani manufacturing company
in 1983, 1984, 1994, 1995. It is also awarded for the best environmental award ion 1998.
Back in 2011 it expands its business in Yemen and try to achieve 100% in cement
manufacturing markets. Now in 2020 the leader of market and largest cements

This is process of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to
manage manufacturing processes. Most systems are software-based, but it is possible to
conduct MRP by hand as well. It ensures the material planning and purchasing and
maintain quality by giving full visibility into manufacturing processes. You can track the
