We would like to ask permission to allow us to conduct a survey and a webinar among 73
respondents.

This is in view of our research entitled, “Webinar Jam: Strengthening Digital Literacy
Skills of Social Studies Pre-Service Teachers through Webinar”.

The survey will last about 10–15 minutes and would be arranged at a time convenient to
the respondents’ schedule. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. All information
provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for academic
purposes.
