Interview Question Assignment

Traditional Question
Question Selected: Tell me about yourself.
Response: I am from Illinois and grew up here in Georgia in split households. I am currently a
junior at Northview High School. I am an enrolled in a 4-year course called 3DE. This course
breaks the traditional layout your typical 4 years and incorporates an economic, entrepreneurial,
and business outlook. Because of this I was able to improve in problem solving and
communication skills greatly. After Graduation and hope to attend Kennesaw State for (major) in
2022.

Situational Question
Question Selected: What would you do if a team member was not meeting your expectations?
Response: If I were to be in this common situation, I would first think about what specifically the
concern is. If it is a minute concern with an easy fix, then I will personally suggest a solution to
them If the issue has a major impact on the group. I then would share my concern with other
teammates for their opinion. I feel Its best we make a team decision and think about ways we can
address this to the peer respectfully and professionally. From there the peer, and the remaining
team members and I can brainstorm ways to resolve the issue.

Case Question
Question Selected: How would you redesign an ATM machine to make it more user-friendly?
Response: If I could redesign an ATM, I would provide better privacy precautions like blacked
outside visors screens. I Also think it would be beneficial if you could choose what kind of bills
you receive during a withdraw. For example, of you are planning to take out $50 in cash It with
ask your preferred bill options. Today many major stores have cardless paying functions that scan
your phone. Because of the feature many people do not carry/ use their physical cards as often.
Adding a simple yet beneficial feature like fingerprint access and identification from your mobile
wallet.

Question to ask:
Question selected: How would you describe the work environment? Company culture?
Response: Work environment is the overall atmosphere of that specific workplace. Contribution
factors like the communication within employees and efficiency of workflow. I choose this
question because not only do you have to meet the company's standards, but the conditions also
must meet your own standard. As an employee to ensure a comforting and healthy environment.
