    AN ACT
    STRENGTHENING THE PEOPLE’S RIGHT TO INFORMATION *replace with the title of your

    Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in


    Congress assembled:

    I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    SECTION 1. Short Title. – This act shall be known as the “Freedom of Information Act or FOI
    Act.”
