VIT SERIES

INLINECENTRIFUGAL DUCT FAN

INLINE CENTRIFUGAL DUCT FAN

◼ Construction
All VIT Series fans are manufactured from high grade corrosion
resistant pressed galvanized sheet steel. The range are specifically
designed for direct size circular ducting, 100 - 355mm diameter
respectively. All models are supplied as standard with a remotely
mounted wiring junction box to provide the installer with a
completely flexible choice for positioning and installation.
All models include an enclosed, single phase 220V/50Hz, external
rotor motor. All motor include sealed for life ball bearing
assemblies and class B, IP44 protection.
All VIT Series fans include a non-stalling backward curved impeller
which is factory matched to the corresponding external rotor motor
and dynamically balanced to ISO/1940 standards for vibration free
operation. The motor and impeller assembly are suitable for
operation at any angle and deliver exceptional airflow
performances against the high static pressure typically found in
ducted ventilation systems.
The VIT Series of in-line circular
duct fans consist of eight nominal ◼ Technical Parameters

◼ Installation and Operation ◼ Dimensions [mm]

1. The inlet and outlet directly connect with the duct, fastened by
the plastic clamp, firmly fixed by suspender.
2. The insulation resistance test should be needed if the fans kept
at the warehouse for more than half a year before operation.
The resistance should be over 20MΩ.
3. Rotate the impeller by hand before operation and check its
flexibility to make sure without bump or block. Connecting with
power source, having impeller and motor working to observe
• Direction of rotation should correspond to direction-of-rotation
arrow on the label.
• Smoothness of motor operation (no overheat, abnormal
noise, impeller gradually slow)
If not, it approves to operate in normal condition.
