At this stage children learn and understand the world through language and mental
images. The shadows of this book can help children gain that mental image and better
understand why they have a shadow.
Why?
I think this would be a good book for younger ages. It’s a great way to introduce
shadows in a simple way. I gave it an 8 just because it didn’t catch my attention very
well so I would imagine it would do the same for some children.
