2. LOCATE UNITS WITH ADEQUATE SPACE FOR SAFE MAINTENANCE
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CALCULATING THE FINAL SYSTEM VOLUME AND FINAL
SELECTION OF EXPANSION VESSEL BASED IN FINAL SELECTION OF EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION DRAWINGS
4. WIRING TO COMPLY WITH BS 7671
5. PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY INTERCONNECTING PIPEWORK
6. THE UNIT CONTROLS SHALL INCLUDE:
A.) ALTERNATING PUMP STARTING WHERE TWO OR MORE PUMPS ARE SPECIFIED
B.) PUMP START EFFICIENCY
C.) LEAK DETECTION ALARM TO INDICATE LEAK IF ABOVE MAXIMUM STATS PER HOUR
D.) HIGH/LOW PRESSURE ALARMS ARRANGED FOR MANUAL RESTART
E.) COMMON ALARM TO SHUTDOWN SYSTEM IF IT EXCEEDS PRESSURE LIMITS AND PROVIDE INDICATION OF FAULT
F.) EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
7. PROVIDE VISUAL DISPLAY FOR HIGH/LOW FLOW; PUMP FAILURE; EXCESSIVE PUMP OPERATION; LOW WATER LEVEL.
