This study provides us information that will be a potential product using milkfish where
researchers provided data that the quality of the fish made to be a main ingredient in making
siomai. This study aims to promote the nutritious kind of siomai to the students, by passers,
working professionals and nearby places in San Carlos City area. Since people nowadays is “fun
of eating siomai” elsewhere. With this kind of product people in San Carlos City will surely
benefited from it, be the first of its kind and with the opportunity to satisfy their taste buds.
This research is made to taste our extraordinary nutritious siomai that is fit for their
budget. Provide them more information about the research and to help consumer to make their
purchasing decision worth it. With this study we help San Carlos City to be more well-known
because of our product, since this is the first time that fish siomai enter the market. Since the
researchers tend to be called “siomai lovers” the researchers seem to be more curious and sink in
to their mind the siomai product which the usual flavor of it is meats such as chicken, pork, beef
and mixing it with shrimp. Because of this curiosity, we decided to make out of siomai which the
flavor is milkfish, and adding it with a different varieties of vegetable to make it healthier.
According to Oxford dictionary milkfish defined as a large active silvery fish of the Indio-Pacific
Region, farmed for food in Southeast Asia and the Philippines. With our idealistic mind set we
