    This letter has reference to a notice received by the undersigned requiring


    him to state the reason why he could not secure an Indorsement Letter from the
    head of office from which he is applying for, in regards to his application for the
    Prosecuting Attorney Position published on April 26, 2021.

    One of the main reasons why no Indorsement Letter was secured is


    because the application letter together with the attached documents was
    submitted via private courier. Currently, the undersigned is stationed in Cagayan
    de Oro City and the safest and most convenient way of sending his application is
    only through a private courier. Second, the undersigned sent the application
    directly to your good office (Office of the Regional Prosecutor) as indicated in the
    CS Form No. 9 published in the Department of Justice website dated April 26,
    2021 wherein applicants are advised to submit their applications directly to
    specific concerned offices.
