A3 - 1:50 A3 - 1:50 A3 - 1:50 Specialty Subcontractor to submit coordinated shop drawings showing detailed intent on
how to fabricate, install, terminate; verify and indicate in shop drawings elevation, dimension,
orientation, connection details, clearances, coordinated with other trade contractors for
proper constructability prior to any fabrication or installation to achieve Architectural, Interior
Design, Landscape, Structural and Electro-Mechanical design intent of the project. Advise
MDC COG and TSD accordingly and promptly in writing on conflict or lacking information in
order to meet the Designers intent and Project Requirements as specified in the contract
documents, issued plans and specifications. For any alteration, Subcontractor to submit
proposal indicating all details duly coordinated with other trade contractors clearly specifying
proposed changes for Consultants approval prior to commencement of the work.

For Designers standard details and specifications, please refer to issued FCD. RED LINING must
be reflected in IFC drawings for actual site changes and submitted to TSD as a requirement
for Billing Clearance.

For finish ceiling clearance height, please refer to the Arch'l Schedule of Finishes from

2 Visionary Architecture. Should there be any conflict or problem achieving the headroom
clearances, please inform MDC Operations and TSD for proper resolution prior to any
commencement of the work.
