I have lived in a household and community exposed to the realities of life my

whole existence, the years of my awareness, and from that, I am who I am today. I
cannot get anything I want in a blink of an eye. My parents raised me that way-- at
first, I was questioning their ways. However, with faith, I understood it and owed it to
them. My faith led me to how my character developed right now. May it be at home,
or with my friends in the university, or even at the workplace. I know that there's no
reward if I do my best with authenticity and hard work. That is the reason why I keep
my dedication in doing my work. I dream my dreams with aspirations. I love my
loved ones genuinely.
But before I become the person I am, I remember how I struggled in standing
up against my mind full of doubts and questions. I tend to doubt myself because of
indecisiveness. At one moment, I saw that vulnerable version of myself drowning.
She was helpless. I shut down and isolated myself, cried my eyes out, and could not
talk. Then here comes the only one who I cannot forget who sought to help me all
those days. I don't know myself the way He knew me; He never left my side. I took His
helping hands and accepted it. I have never felt unmotivated since. I have never felt
the fear amidst the uncertainties this life brings. But that won't be equivalent to how
I'm seeing this cruel world we, humans, made. There are a lot of experiences I still
consider that were vital in molding this character. Sadly, I feel it's not yet the time to
talk about it. For now, I'm happy and content. I am continuously looking for my
purpose. Still, I know for sure I am guided. With the guidance, I keep on dreaming
and it fuels my drive for the things I'm passionate about. All I know now is that I am
destined for greatness whenever I trust myself and constantly trust my Lord and the
instruments He uses for me to not get lost-- my parents.
