    LAC SESSION REFLECTION ON RPMS SY 2020-2021

    (January 27, 2021)

    The LAC session conducted was a very good refresher to us teachers, who are already in
    the service for a couple of years. I am very grateful, we had this kind of LAC sessions since it
    gave us knowledge on what to prepare and support our portfolio for PRMS, especially which we
    are in pandemic time.

    First, it made me realized how important the RPMS tool for upgrading our knowledge
    and skills as teacher. Being a teacher in this pandemic time is not easy especially in reaching out
    our students.

    Second, we need this for our professional growth. This will serve as a tool for
    promotion, we will not be promoted unless we reach the qualification standard for a higher
    position.

    Lastly, we must apply what we have learned in this LAC session for us to be successful
    teachers. For us to become a successful teacher, we must apply appropriate teaching strategies
    that is best suited to our learners’ needs.
