! Attention!
If there is no auxiliary voltage, both the electrical and the mechanical interlocks are
closed. If the optional interlocks are overridden locally, manual switching operations
are possible despite an existing electrical interlock, and this can cause failures.
Ensure that the intended manual switching operation has been released
externally.

All interlocks are only released when the withdrawable part is in a stable end position.
Rack the withdrawable circuit-breaker,withdrawable disconnector link and
withdrawable metering unit absolutely until end position.
Note:
When the withdrawable part is racked manually, the motor operating mechanism is
also turned via the wheel mechanism.
Observe uniform rotation of the racking crank
The arising return current in the motor is compensated automatically by the
motor control.

cables in the cable compartment will be live at operating voltage.
Before removing the partition in the switching-device compartment, isolate
and earth the cable connection in the cable compartment.
Before removing a rear wall on the rear side of a panel, isolate and earth the
cable connection in the cable compartment.
Observe the Five Safety Rules(see page 5,”General instructions”).
Verify safe isolation from supply (see page 160,”Verification of safe isolation
from supply”).
! Danger!
① If a unmatchable truck is pushed during operation, serious consequence would
be caused.
② When pushing the withdrawable unit from the service truck to the switchgear,
please make sure the earthing switch is on, or you will cause serious consequence.

motor drive mechanism through 27 #, 28 # or 29 #, 30 # motor drive port and operate
in the target direction, and continuously detect withdrawable unit or earthing switch
positions and interlock signal, and judge the motor running current and run-time, when
a stop condition is detected (see operation logic table), such as withdrawable unit or
earthing switch operation reach the specified position, blocking, overtime, etc., turn off
the motor drive signal immediately and brake quickly, complete one operation.
If the stop is caused by overloading blocking, the system will enter fault lock-out state and will
not respond to any operation command, and the controller fault indicator lights up, electric
withdrawable unit fault output contact 19 #, 20 #, or electric earthing switch fault output contact
20 #, 21 # connect, fault information can be cleared by continuously pressing the controller panel
reset button for 3 seconds or more, resume standby state.
