Joining Letter
Dear Mr. Bhupender Singh Rawat
With reference to your application and subsequent Interview you had with us; we take pleasure in
offering you a position with the following details and on the terms and conditions discussed and agreed
upon by you by the time of interview and as embodied in separate conformational letter given to you on
the date of joining the organization.
Designation: Data Entry Operator(2nd Party Pay Roll)

Date of Joining: 25July 2021
Current place of joining: Delhi
The LOI is subjected to verification of your Documents pertaining to your education and experience.
You are requested to submit the following documents at the time of joining-
Original attested copies of Education certificates and Mark sheets.
Five recent coloured photographs.
Proof of DOB and Address proofs.
We have dispatched you offer letter’s original copy to your corresponding address; that you
have to bring on the time of joining date. We shall issue the detailed employment agreement
letter at the time of your joining.
You will be on training for an initial period of SIX MONTHS and on probation for a period of
SIX TO NINE Months Following Successfully Completion of Training. Your Transition from
Trainee to Probationer will be based on your appraisal at the period of Training.
You are required to agree to the special terms and condition as described in
ANNEXURE –A1 You will be paid gross emoluments as detailed in Annexure –A
ADDRESS - Drum Shape building. Address: IP Estate, Near ITO New Delhi 110002
Your Employment with us will be governed by terms & Conditions as detailed in ANNEXURE
–B
Your Offer has been made based on information furnished by you. However if there is a
discrepancy in the copies of documents or certificate given by you a proof we retain the right to
review our offer letter of employment.
Employment as per this offer is subject to your being medically fit.
Please sign and return duplicate copy of this letter I token of your acceptance.
India shall have the sole ownership of all intellectual property rights that you may create during
the tenure of association with the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT including but not limited to
the creative concept that you may develop during your association with the INCOME TAX
DEPARTMENT.
A. The following documents in original will have to be produced by you at the time of
your reporting thereat, in original:
(a) Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate (for verification of date of birth).
(b) PAN Card (mandatory).
(c) Certificate(s) regarding educational qualification.
(d) Military Discharge Certificate (in case appointment of ex-servicemen).
(e) Character certificates either from two Gazette Officers of Government or one such
officer and an officer of the IT in addition to a certificate from the Head Master/Principal of
the School/College last attended.
(f) Certificate for handicapped category issued by CMO/competent authority stating
therein the nature and extent of handicap.
(g) SC/ST/OBC category certificate.
(h) Three passport size photographs.
Please note that IT’s Medical Officer may ask for additional medical test(s). Please also carry
with you complete Eye checkup report (including vision near, distance, refraction error, color
vision, field blindness, night blindness, funds examination, any organic disease etc.
Secrecy/Confidentiality:
You will not during the course of your employment with the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT or
at any time there after or any person whomsoever, make any use whatsoever for your own
purpose or for any other than that of the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, of any information or
knowledge obtained by you during your employment as to the affairs of the INCOME TAX
DEPARTMENT including development, process reports and reporting system and you will
during the course of your employment hereunder also your best Endeavour to prevent any other
person for doing so.
Restriction on personal Use:
Use of INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT resource for personal use is strictly restricted. This
includes usage of computer resources, information, internet, services and working time of the
INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT for any personal use.
Leave:
You will be entitled to leave as per as LAW in force and lay down In the standing orders of the
MINISTRY OF FINANCE. Three days advance intimation is required to be given for availing
leave. In the event of the a sick leave you will be required to furnished a doctor’s certificate for the
period of leave, the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT follows strict time schedule and coming are
discouraged, unless otherwise notified by you in advance. Late marks will be advance to you for
every late entry with one day of absence counted for every there late marks.
Security:
Security is an important to aspect of our communication and office infrastructure. Communication

security is maintained by controlling physical access to computer system, Disabling all work
stations, Floppy disk drive and INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT wide awareness about the need
for protection of intellectual property and sensitive customer information.
Either party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of one month on the other, save and
accept that the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT may at its option pay salary in lieu of the notice
period to terminate employment with immediate effect.
Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7 days
would make you lose your lien on employment. In such case your employment shall automatically
come to an end without any notice of termination or notice pay.
You will be governed by the laid down code of conduct of the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT
and if there is any breach of the same or non-conformance of contractual obligation or with teams
and conditions laid down in this agreement, your services can be terminated without any notice.
I have read the terms and conditions of this letter of appointment and confirm my acceptance of the
same.
