    Maintenance Person Ahmed Jumaa Date and Time 06:45 Pm 31/01/2021
    Failure Description The Superchargers of DEG No.3 damage and white smoke cover the shelter area, for this reason,
    all DEGs stop one by one from emergency bottom.

    Failure Cause  Full inspection of the supercharger by opening it, the oil seal failure, and the shaft is broken.
     Complete the maintenance (replace the supercharger) after 2 hours from the shutdown, and
    Running the DEG No.3 for one hour without load at 09:00 Pm 31/01/2021.
     Running the DEG No.3 for 30 minutes without load at 12:20 Pm 01/02/2021, and record the
    temperature values.
    Final Performance The test run was found the DEG in good condition and can resumption the operation and supply
    the power to WMS.
