    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    THAT WE, SPOUSES _____________________________, both of legal age, Filipinos, married


    to each other and residents of __________________________________________, Philippines, do hereby
    appoint, name and constitute and by these presents, have appointed, named and
    constituted _________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of
    __________________________, as our true and lawful attorney-in-fact to perform in our behalf,
    name and stead, the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

    1. To procure the (a) certified true copy of the Original/Transfer Certificate


    of Title from the Register of Deeds, if any, (b) certified true copy of the Tax
    Declaration from the Municipal Assessor’s Office, (c) Tax Clearance from
    the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, (d) Barangay Construction Clearance,
    (e) Locational Clearance, (f) Fire Safety Inspection Certificate from the
    Bureau of Fire Protection and other documentary requirements needed in
    relation to the application of a building permit relative to the construction
    of a house over ______________________________________________;

    2. To submit the documentary requirements needed for the procurement of


    the Locational Clearance to the Municipal Planning and Development Office
    of the Municipality of Consolacion;

    3. To submit whatever documentary requirements needed and to


    subsequently process the application of the said Building Permit from the
    Office of the Building Official (OBO) of the Municipality of Consolacion;

    4. To pay the required fees, assessments and taxes, if any, in any stage of such
    application; and

    5. To perform such other acts necessary to make the foregoing authority


    effective.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises,
    as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present,
    and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be
    done under and by virtue of these presents.
