I think the tall structure is better because it there are better levels of authority rather than the flat
structure. In the flat structure all workers report to one manager and the manager reports to one
managing director, but the tall structure is better because the roles are separated so there are groups of
workers working for different deputy managers. The tall structure also gives employees a specialty so
