1. Reference: Spot Report from this Office dated July 3, 2021 CN- DPPO
DMPS3-07-03-2021.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on July 30,
2021 at about 1:00 in the afternoon, PSSg Eric Bhuah went to the Camp of 12nd IB,
5ID, PA to request the presence of their personnel at Boao Municipal Police Station
who were involve in the encounter at Sitio Cagandahan, Barangay Tasok, Kangan
Davao for filing of criminal case.

3. Please see attached photo for your perusal.

4. Request acknowledged receipt.
