Compliance of Documentary Requirements


1. Secure a Tax Exception Indorsement (TEI) from the Revenue Officer of Department of
Finance
2. Sign and submit Personal and Household effects. Declaration form (PHED) to the
Bureau of Customs.

Submission following supporting documents.

3. Duty endorsed BL or AWB by the shipping agent in air carrier.


4. Certificate of Identification
5. Permit/License
6. Accomplished permit to Deliver Import Goods ( PDIG )
7. Customs Baggage Declaration form
8. Photocopy of Biographical page of Passport including the page/s with Immigration
stamp of the last departure and latest arrival.
9. Invoice, receipt or equivalent document covering the goods contained in the shipment.

B. Revenue Collection
1. Forfeiture of cash bond posted at BOC cashier equivalent to 100% of the assesed
duties and taxes
2. Excess in the allowed number of appliance all subject to the payment of
corresponding duties and taxes
3. The amount of appliances in excess of FCA Value of Php 150,000 and subject to
corresponding duties and taxes
4. Collection of service fee amounting to Php 30
