I. Course Overview
This course introduces data methods and techniques that increase the understanding of
complex data effectively with visually appealing charts, graphs and maps using Tableau.
This course is designed to help one understand the important concepts and techniques
used in Tableau to move from simple to complex visualizations and learn how to combine
them in interactive dashboards.

II. Course Objectives


a. To develop critical thinking by visualizing data and understand how it helps in
the analysis of complex data.
b. Understand Tableau terminology and visually explore and analyze data using
Tableau as a tool.
c. Understand different visualizations possible in Tableau.
d. Learn to develop effective interactive dashboards.
