    Dear Ms. Erlinda,

    We write on behalf of our client, AAA CORPORATION, owner of the


    property covered by TCT No. 12345 situated in Poblacion, Municipality of
    San Jose, Province of Batangas.

    This serves as a notice of eviction to you, including all persons


    claiming rights from you, for occupying a portion of the property of our
    client. We then demand that you vacate and remove all your structures and
    improvements thereon within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter.
    Otherwise, we will be compelled to file the appropriate cases against you,
    likewise holding you liable for charges, attorney’s fees, costs of litigation
    and all the damages and losses that will be suffered by our clients.
