Adopt a plant-based diet, including whole foods.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water, other healthier options could be unsweetened lime water,
tender coconut water & thin buttermilk.

Include proteins at each meal - from plant sources of protein like dal, beans, sprouts, soya & lean
cuts of meat from non-vegetarian sources.

Prefer grains which are unpolished, hand pounded, red, brown & black instead of polished, milled,
processed & white grains.

Include Oats,jowar,amarnath,ragi

Avoid Food with additive, preservatives or added color
