    K to 12 Learners: Ready to Face Life’s Challenges

    Before I formally welcome everyone, I would like to remind our participants about some points to
    remember and observe while we’re having our session to ensure the smooth flow of the program:
    1. Please check your internet connection. Make sure that it is stable enough to sustain the 2-hour
    duration of the program.
    2. Please find a quiet spot in your own area. This is to enable concentration on your end and for all
    the participants as we go along the discussion.
    3. If possible, we encourage everyone to have their cameras turned on for us to feel each other’s
    presence in this virtual room.
    4. Please turn off your microphones so as to not disturb the proceedings of this session. If you wish
    to raise a question, you may type it in our chat box and this will be addressed during our open
    forum.
    5. It is also suggested to prepare a pen and a notebook or any piece of paper with you so that you
    may take down notes or list down questions you have in mind.
    6. Active participation from everyone is highly expected during our open forum to address any
    concerns and/or clarifications.
    7. Lastly, I would like to inform everyone that this session will be recorded for documentation
    purposes.

    Emcee: A pleasant afternoon to our dear parents, teachers, learning


    partners, and our school administrators. I would like to extend a
    very warm welcome to everyone here today. We appreciate you,
    our dear parents, and guests for taking your time off your busy
    schedules to join us this afternoon.

    Now, at this point, let us have a moment of peace and silence as


    we invoke the presence of our Lord through an opening prayer to
    be led by Sir. Orzel O. Yana.

    Emcee: Thank you Sir Orzel for that heartfelt prayer. Once again, a
    pleasant afternoon to everyone! I’m Sir JM, your emcee for today’s
    programme. Welcome to the Parents’ Orientation Programme of the
    Senior High School Level School Year 2021 – 2022. To formally
    begin this programme, it is with great pride and honor to present
    to you our hard-working and committed school principal, Ms. Elsie
    T. Torreno to deliver her opening remarks.

    Emcee: Thank you very much Ms. Elsie for the inspiring remarks.

    At this juncture, allow me to introduce to you the teachers in the


    Senior High School Department who will be giving the students
    useful information and guidance throughout the school year.

    Emcee: Once again, our Senior High School Faculty for School Year 2021-
    2022. At this moment, I would like to call, Ms. Thelma O. Marquez
    to give you a glimpse of the guidelines for this School Year.

    Emcee: Thank you very much, Ms. Thelma for the extensive discussion. It
    really serves as a great reminder to our dear parents. It is now time
    for us to share with you the policies of Bloomfield Academy. May
    we now listen to Sir Kervin M. Alcantara.

    Emcee: Thank you very much, Sir Kervin for bringing up the policies for
    this school year. To give you a better understanding of our
    Learning Management System (LMS) which is Canvas, I would like
