Wall Putty Products available in market are chemical based.
Our ‘Nice’ Wall Putty is made out of Eco friendly binders
(using Modified version of Tapioca starch) and is
indigenously developed with same quality or better than the
imported materials.
The Wall putty binder has been developed with 10 years of

hard work by our IIT Scientist with 40 years of experience, in
this 5 years has been spent for R&D work and the other 5 years
in field trials for checking various parameters like bonding,
etc.

- Mixing of the Dolomite & White cement with the wall

putty chemicals is very significant, if the ratio of mixing
is more than 1:10 means, the mixing will not be proper.
The ratio of chemicals is only 1.8% in the 100% of wall
putty
Please note that, to make 1kg of wall putty, 1.8% of wall putty
binder to be added, that means, it is only 18g per 1000gms of
wall putty, it is more than ratio of 1:10, therefore initially you
need to add 18g of wall putty binder with around 180g of
Dolomite or white cement and mix throughly in the blender, in
the same way 1 tonne of wall putty is also made

In ribbon blenders, forward- reverse blade rotation provision to
be given, and also the gap between the blades and the blendor
drums should be very minimum, to get even mixing.
In the same way, ball mill also can be used for manufacturing wall
putty.

putty manufacturing process
