I. Classroom Policies
 Three counts of 15 minutes late are equivalent to one absence but you can still attend the class.
 Wear your COMPLETE UNIFORM and School ID. (or secure a copy of gate pass from OSAS Office)
 No using of any electronic devices during class hours unless you’re told to do so by your instructor.
 Talking to your classmate is strictly prohibited except in group discussion/activity.
 Ask permission or approval from your instructor if you’re going out of the classroom.
 The class will start on time and end on time.
 Maintain the cleanliness of the classroom.
 Late submission of requirements will not be accepted.
II. Grading System
 Criteria in computation of your CLASS STANDING:
 Attendance = 15%
 Quiz = 15%
 Long Quiz = 20%
 Recitation = 15%
 Assignment = 10%
 Activity = 10%
 Behavior = 15%
 For your TERM GRADE:
TERM GRADE = EXAM (40%) + CLASS STANDING (60%) *2 / 3
 For SEMESTER GRADE:
SEMESTER GRADE = PRELIM GRADE*20% + MIDTERM GRADE*30% +
PRE-FINALS GRADE*20% + FINALS GRADE*30%

IV. Course/Subject Requirements
2 Notebooks “Cattleya Filler”, 1 Big (for notes) and 1 Small (for quiz) and a Short Clear book, (Color:
Freshmen: GREEN, Sophomore: YELLOW, Junior: RED, and Senior: BLUE), and/or a Flash Drive (at
least 4GB) – Provide your own laptop for reporting and other matters, a Time Card, and White Clean
Long Folder.
V. Policy During Exam/Quiz
 If your proctor caught you using electronic devices/codigo or cheating/talking to your classmate your exam will
be equivalent to 0 or 50. (Remember CHEATING is a MAJOR OFFENSE)
 Use only BLACK BALLPEN in answering your test.
 No using of PENCIL and FRICTION PEN (or even correction tape, in order to prevent erasures). (minus (-5)
points)
 ERASURES or any means of ALTERATIONS are automatically wrong. (minus (-5) points) Depending on the
degree of your erasures.
 DON’T FORGET TO WRITE YOUR NAME. (minus (-10) points)

*Must be researched preferably in books (from Library) and some in the internet. (No Copy-Cut-Paste)
