ii. After patient contact
iii. After contact with patients’ blood and body fluids
iv. After contact with patient’s environment
v. Before performing invasive procedure or any treatment
2. A- a universal precaution
3. N-needs at least 2-4 ml of liquid soap

learner’s acquisition of knowledge and to determine if the students have achieved the
remembering and understanding level of cognitive dimension.

I. Identification
__________1. It is an easy way to prevent infection.
__________2. The duration of standard handwashing.
__________3. The amount of liquid soap used in handwashing.
__________4. The temperature of water in handwashing.
__________5. The most important element of handwashing

II. Enumeration
1-5. give the 5 moments of handwashing as mandated by WHO and DOH
6-10. give the 5 easy steps of handwashing
Answers
I. Identification
