Article I. Name
Section 1. The organization shall envision to become a professional dance organization that
will be known globally by the year 2026.
Section 2. The organization shall pursue to conduct dance workshops and other
interventions, be expose to dance competitions locally and internationally. The organization
will also strive to discover, develop and nurture the talents of the youth in Catbalogan City
and other parts of Samar and inculcate among themselves the values of respect, discipline,
honesty, teamwork, humility and trust.
Section 2. Those members who will be beyond the 30 years old will already be considered
as adviser of the organization.
Section 3. The Secretary shall maintain the roster of members of the organization.
Section 4. A meeting will be called for the purpose of hearing the reasons of those
members who wants to withdraw from the organization.
Section 5. Any member who willfully and deliberately violate the provisions of this
Constitution and By – Laws and other rules and regulations duly promulgated by the
organization shall be removed as member following these procedures:
a. Any member shall file a complaint addressed to the Executive Committee alleging
therein the pertinent violations and substantiating the same with necessary
evidence;
b. The Executive Committee, within ten (10) days from the receipt of the complaint
shall notify the concerned member and call a meeting for the purpose of hearing
the issue;
c. Within ten (10) days the Executive Committee shall upon majority vote of its
officers move for the removal of the erring member.
Section67. There shall be an advisor of the organization who shall be composed of those
members who are beyond thirty (30) years old.
b. Vice President. Assists the President in the performance of his duties, and takes
over in times when the President is unable to perform his duties and function due
to temporary or permanent absence;
c. Secretary. Keeps the minutes of the Executive Committee and the General
Assembly as well as other pertinent documents and communications necessary
for the operations of the organization;
d. Treasurer. Keeps the financial resources of the organization safe and secured and
oversees its disbursement for projects and activities;
Section 2. Any member who are able to meet the following qualifications shall be eligible to
be elected into any position within the organization:
a. A responsible member of the organization;
b. Committed to deliver the functions of the organization; and
c. Active member for at least one (1) year.
Section 3. The term of office of elected officers shall be three (3) years. Elections shall be
conducted every third Saturday of March prior to the end of term of the incumbent officers.
No President shall be allowed for re – election and shall also be barred from being elected as
Vice – President. Other lower positions of the Executive Committee may be allowed to seek
for higher office.
Article V. Meetings
Section 1. The regular meeting of the Executive Committee shall be held at least once a
month.
Section 2. The members of the Executive Committee must be notified about the upcoming
meeting no less than two (2) days before the meeting including the place, time and the
agenda of the meeting, if it was not decided on the previously. Notification of the special
Meeting that is called to solve urgent issues can be sent by electronic messaging a day
before the date of the Meeting. It is possible to make decisions on the urgent issues by
means of surveying of the members of the Executive Committee through electronic
messages. Decision which is made in such a manner must be recorded and affirmed on the
next meeting of the Executive Committee.
Section 3. Executive Committee makes its decision by open simple majority voting of the
present members. In case of a tie, the president will decide on the issue.

b. Committee on Resource Mobilization
c. Committee on Talent Development
Section 2. Every committee shall be composed of a Chairperson and at least three (3)
members.
Section 2. During the investigation, the officer who is under such will be suspended until all
due processes are undertaken by the Executive Committee.
Section 3. If proven unworthy of his post, with due process and evidences, the officer
involved will be impeached upon the majority approval of the Executive Committee. Their
decision shall be final and irrevocable.
Article VIII. Amendments
Section 1. Amendments and additional provisions that will be made to this Constitution and
By-Laws shall be affirmed by two-thirds of the general membership in a meeting called for
this purpose.
