English Text Chat Operator- Guideline To The Platform
1. The platform looks like this after logging in.
2. In the “statistics” tab check, how many messages
you wrote each day. 3. Then press “messages” tab. First you will see such a picture (here you will find useful tips, to skip them and go to the message click “next” or enter to make it faster). It will take a while before the message loads.
4. Once the message has loaded, you will see this
image. On the left is the operator profile (your name and other details). On the right- hand side is the profile of the customer (the person you are writing to). There are messages in the middle. The latest messages are at the top. The green arrow is the message from the customer, the purple arrow from the operator. 5. At this point you reply to the message. Once you have reached 85 characters the button “send” will be highlighted. You can also schedule a message by clicking on the "send in the future" button. You can do this in case you write with a client at night and you want in the morning to get a message from you. 6. If the operator profile contains photos, you will see the "add photo" button highlighted. There you will find photos that you can send to the client.
7. On the left and on the right under the profile there
is a so-called “logbook”. On the left side is the operator's logbook. You enter there information that you tell the customer about yourself. On the right side, there is a client logbook. You enter information about what the customer is saying about himself. Be sure to include information such as your name, city, age, job, preferences, important dates, important information, sent photos (describe what you see in the picture sent to you). If you tell a customer with nick Alex7004, for example, that you live in Toronto, type it in the logbook like this: Toronto – Alex7004 and press "save note" (logbook on the left). This means that you told the client with Alex7004 nickname that you are living in Toronto. If the customer tells you that he lives in Toronto, enter it in the logbook on the right in this way: Toronto and press "save note".
