I'd like to thank phill-Jay for her helping me to write a successful SBA on the topic How teens
spend their leisure. I really appreciate it and I look forward on working with you a

Introduction
My SBA will be talking about how leisure activities has changed drastically since the
1980s because of the increase and advancement in technology. In the early 1980s
leisure activities where mainly focused on outside activities, and now because of
technology we have mostly indoor activities such as texting, watching TV etc.
Technology has changed the way how we teens uses our leisure, now because of technology
most of us teens spend our times indoor making use of the technology that is our leisure today. In
the 1980s there were less technology even if there were technology there a lot of people couldn’t
afford it so therefore they go outside and play with friend, so that’s the main reason why leisure
was an outdoor activity in the 1980s

Method of investigation
I’ve collected a number of research, most of my research was from journal articles and scholar
websites. I’ve also printed 10 pages of my questionnaire and issued them to random people. It was
given to both boys and girls to limit any bias in terms of my research. My research was mainly
from the internet

Reason for Selecting this area of study

My reason for Selecting this area of study is because I’m a teen, and my leisure is important
to me, the way how leisure was used in the 1980s is also a interest of mine so I’m comparing how
leisure is used in the 1980s and now
