Provisional Points and Redeemable Points
 A customer needs to maintain AMB of 10K and above to be eligible for loyalty reward points
earned during the month
 Basis behavior exhibited by customer, points get accrued during the month under provisional
points bucket
 If the customer fulfils the eligibility criteria during the month, the provisional points get
accrued to the redeemable balance at the end of the month and the provisional points bucket is
reset
 If the customer doesn’t fulfil the eligibility criteria during the month, the provisional points do
not get accrued to the redeemable balance at the end of the month and the provisional points
bucket is reset
 Yesrewardz and Yesonline would show only redeemable balance currently

 Click on the Register button present at the top right corner of the website

 Enter customer id and Mobile number or email id, as


registered with the bank and click on submit

 OTP will be sent to the bank registered Email id and Mobile

 1 Reward Point=Re 0.25
 Do reward points expire?
 Yes, reward points are valid for 3 years from the day of earning provided they get converted from provisional
to redeemable at the end of the month
Where can I view the expiry schedule of my reward points?
 Upon logging into Yesrewardz, under profile when one checks the points earned page, one can find the points
expiry schedule at the bottom left of the page

What is the Process of registration?

 No, points vary according to the program of the customer. A YF customer gets 3x and YPr customer gets 2x
compared to a Yes Prosperity customer
Are the points same throughout the lifecycle of the customer?
 No, there are certain rules for which customer gets accelerated points (2x) during the first 90 days

Are there any thresholds for earning points in individual rules?
 Yes certain rules require customers to do a transaction above a certain threshold to earn reward points
What is provisional balance?
 Customer needs to maintain a minimum AMB of 10K during the month to be eligible for all reward points.
Hence points earned during the month go into the provisional bucket/balance
What is redeemable balance?
 The points earned by the customer which they can use to redeem against any product in the catalogue
When will my provisional points get accrued to redeemable balance?
 At the end of the month, if customer meets all eligibility criteria. The provisional balance gets reset at the end
of the month. The provisional points get added to redeemable balance latest by 10th of next month
Where can I view my redeemable balance?
 On Yesrewardz, Yes Online
What happens to the points earned by existing customers post launch of new program?
 Any existing points of customers will get carried forward
Where can I redeem by points?
 On Yesrewardz portal
Is there a minimum threshold of points needed to be maintained before the customer can start
redeeming?
 A customer needs to have a minimum of 1000 points before he/she can start redeeming
