    INSPECTION REPORT

    KGMU के पुरानी OPD भवन के बेसमेंट मे स्थित 6 कॉलम में हेयर क्रै क्स तथा 2 कमरों में सीलिंग प्लास्टर गिरने से स्टील दिखाई पड़ने के कारण
    भविष्य हेतु भवन की मजबूती करए जाने के सम्बन्ध में I

    In reference to your letter number 8966/योजना अनुo/2020 dated 02/12/2020 regarding inspection
    of old OPD Block basement storey at KGMU campus Lucknow.

    The inspection of old OPD Block basement storey at KGMU campus Lucknow was conducted
    on dated ………..2021 in presence of Shri Dinesh Raj Verma Executive Engineer KGMU
    Lucknow.
    Observations:
