    ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

    Tpr. Willea and I checked the last listed address of in Muskegon County. There
    was no answer at the door and no lights were on in the residence. I ran the license plate in the driveway and
    the vehicle . The license plate was Michigan registration of CGA7756.

    I checked this residence again on 6-28-15 at approximately 1720. Again there was no answer at the
    residence. There were no vehicles in the driveway.

    ATTEMPT TO LOCATE OKLAD:

    Tpr. Willea and I checked an address that was obtained from the Muskegon report system of
    The residence is a house that s split into two apartments. The renter in the upper residence
    advised there is a female that lives in the lower unit and did not recognize name.

    Prior to going to the residence, Facebook was checked again. There was a recent picture posted that
    was taken at the Electric Forest Festival along with a post that stated he was at the festival.The picture
    appeared to be taken from the campground outside of the main entrance to the festival. This information was
    conveyed to F/Lt Schloegl.

    STATUS:

    Open, pending further investigation.
