Police Jackson Post for an interview. She advised me she was not coming to the Post at 1830hrs as agreed
upon. further advised me she no longer wished to be interviewed regarding the sexual assault. I
advised if the sexual assault kit does not provide any suspects I would have to close my
investigation because of this, but if at a later date and time she chooses to be interviewed this investigation
could be re-opened. stated she understood this and still did not want to be interviewed at this time.

INTERVIEW OF
On 8/14/17 I interviewed in the front seat of patrol car 1312. She advised me while at Faster Horses
she was dancing with several unknown male and consuming alcohol they were providing her. I asked her what
day this was occurring and she advised me it was Sunday during the Luke Bryan concert at what she believed
was approximately 1600hrs. She stated she does not remember anything after consuming the alcohol she was
provided. She stated the next thing she re-calls is waking up by a bathroom to the smell of food.
I asked her what type of alcohol she was consuming. She advised me she was drinking her own vodka and
Sprite, but did not know what type of alcohol she was given by the unknown males she was dancing with. She
advised me she was told by her friend that while she was dancing with one of the unknown males he told her
he had been in trouble before. This caused to push the unknown male away from her. She stated
her friend advised this was the last time she saw her.
I asked what occurred when she awoke near the bathroom. She advised me she woke up with her
underwear around her ankles. I asked what bathrooms she woke up near. She advised me it was
the bathrooms near the food stands. I asked her if she has the underwear she was wearing the day of the
incident. She advised me she did not receive them back from Henry Ford Allegiance.
I asked if she knew how she got to Henry Ford Allegiance. She advised me she did not. She stated
all she remembers is being at the hospital with her boyfriend
advised me she had a photograph of who she believes was one of the unknown male she was
dancing with. I asked to provide me with the photograph at her earliest convenience.
advised me she has had flashbacks of the incident. She stated in her flashbacks she re-calls seeing
an unknown male with a tattoo or something green on his face or head, her hair being pulled, and her face
being in the ground. I asked her what triggers her flashbacks and she advised me she experienced the
flashback while having sexual intercourse with her boyfriend.

Evidence:
LS17-2764-1B2F1 stain from underwear [fraction 1]- DNA extract
LS17-2764-1B2F2 stain from underwear [fraction 2]- DNA extract
LS17-2764-1CF2 vaginal/cervical swabs [fraction 2]- DNA extract
LS17-2764-1Ae DNA extract -
LS17-2764-2Ae DNA extract-
[items previously analyzed and reported under Record No. 2]
Results of Examination:
DNA recovered from the above submitted sample(s) was processed using the polymerase chain reaction
(PCR) and the PowerPlex® Fusion system. These profiles wer
genotyping software application.
Conclusions:
1. Interpretations of item LS17-2764-1B2F1 (stain from underwear [fraction 1]) were performed
assuming that the DNA profile originated from two individuals. Item LS17-2764-1Ae ( is expected to have
contributed to item LS17-2764-1B2F1 (stain from underwear [fraction 1]).
Conclusion: Based on the DNA typing results obtained, it is at least 3.1 million times more
likely if the observed DNA profile from the stain from underwear [fraction 1]
originated from and than if the data originated from
and one unrelated, unknown individual.
Verbal Scale: This analysis provides very strong support that is a contributor to
the DNA profile developed from the stain from underwear [fraction 1].
